Tennis with Jamie

Goal - recount what you learned at tennis

Personal goal - use capital letters and full stops

Every Friday afternoon room five go’s to tennis with Jamie he teaches us how to do backhand forehand and volley. We get to play games sometimes we get prizes the prizes are sunblock and a shock Absorber that is a thing you put on your tennis racquet. I have never won a game but they are very fun. Jamie is helping me with my backhand I have trouble with my backhand. I am great with forehands I can hit it over the net because Jamie told me to point my strings over the net then it will go over the net. I am excited when it’s time to go tennis with Jamie.

Business

Over the last few weeks we have been researching and looking at websites about our businesses. My group has been looking at how to make cakes and cupcakes and what need. I learned that we need some eggs to make every cake and that is good because we have eggs. We have been making slides about our business. We are making chocolate cake banana cake and cupcakes. We have decided that we will work together as a whole class to use personal best to work at our businesses so we can get further. We will be trying to sell chickens make graphs make grain compost building nesting boxes and grow food

Every weekend Hemi had to mow the lawns and Hemi hated mowing the lawns. He would rather be in the shed making his new invention. Then Hemi had a great idea what if I made an invention that would mow the lawns for him. So he went into the shed and got a pair of scissors and some steak knifes a blender dad's nose hair trimmer and a laser pointer some old guitar strings and an old computer. He spent all night working on his invention, the next morning Hemi wheeled his invention onto the lawn then he revealed the invention he had created. He typed into the remote. Start the lawn mower, then the mower cut the lawns then Hemi fell asleep too the sound of his mower. Hemi woke up to the sound of a crowd yelling and his invention was nowhere to be seen. So Hemi ran down the street and everyone was bald. Cats were chasing them because the lawnmower was using its laser pointer to point it on the people then Hemi sore his lawnmower cutting down a big building. So Hemi went to the top of  the building and fought the lawnmower. Hemi won. Then Hemi built an invention to make people’s hair grow back by putting their head in it when they had hair. It was the best weekend ever.

What I did - I painted the background with red orange and yellow then I painted the tree in black. Then we added the flowers and we got our picture taken reading a book. Then we put it on.

What I liked - I liked tree because I liked the way I shaped it

Writing goal

Goal - l choose to always use capital letters and full stops in the right place.

Reason - I never use capital letters at the start of my story I don’t put my full stops in the right places.

Sean was the biggest bully in Weirdville he was really weird. Once big Sean lifted a  bus,because he is the size of a bus. then he shook the bus and all the kids fell out and big Sean eat one of their lunches  but then big Steve moved in ,he was two times as big as Sean the next morning Sean lifted a bus and grabbed Jono by the leg Sean said have you brought lunch for me Jono said you can have my chicken nuggets then big Steve came big Steve yelled big Steve wants the chicken nuggets Sean ate the chicken nuggets then big steve  got fetishes big steve poured paint on big Sean , it was time for the little kids to fight back they ordered a special delivery it was a super in flatbull chicken nuggets they delivered them to Steve and Sean in two seconds they started to eat the chicken nuggets and then they started blowing up into space in no time they were trying to pop them selves in space they went in to the satellite and popped them selves  then they were the size of the other kids then before they went and played another big kid moved in called big stuart.‍

What I spoke about - I spoke about going to Australia and I saw my cousins and the places I went and what I did and the things I saw.

What I did well - I looked at her I spoke clearly, I knew what I was doing and I didn't speak to fast

How I would improve my presentation next time - by making it a bit longer and more funny.

Chicken incubation 2017

Today were putting the eggs in the incubator  I am so excited! There is a green egg. We put the the eggs on the bench open a little bit so the eggs could get a bit of air. We put them on a lean for a little while then we put them in the incubator. Carefully we put them in upside down. I am looking forward to naming the fur balls Benny junior because its cool.

Camp story

It was the first day of camp and we were going to Wilkes pools. I was so excited!  Once we started walking 

it was beautiful everywhere.  When I saw it it looked so cool! I climbed all over the rocks. I loved it so much. There was a big bridge it was a good place to see it all. I felt happy.
